TGIF..... I have been pushing myself this week to get to the gym, then over slept this morning but assume it was my bodies way of saying it needed more then 4-5 hours of sleep a night. Still haven't pushed myself as hard as I would have liked to but Monday brings on the added energy of workout supplements and the starting of my training for a 4 mile run thru the Kansas City Zoo the weekend before my B-Day (my Goal week) so hoefully my energy level will keep increasing...
