Sooo..somehow I've lost two pounds without really trying my hardest. I'd all but given up, as you can see by looking through the last couple weeks of my diet journal. There are three things I've done differently, though:
1. Purposely sleeping in a couple weekdays each week even if it means I only work out 2 or 3 times that week. 2. Eating oatmeal at work instead of instant breakfast before I leave 3. Being slightly more conscious of chemicals from plastic, pesticides, growth hormones, etc.
