Cricket's Journal, 14 October 2007

Not much new to report, except that I'm finally trying fit regular exercise into my schedule again. Went for a bike ride last week, started lifting weights, and today, I'm planning to attend my first yoga class. Trying to remain centered is my main goal right now, especially since the food isn't the big thing anymore. I feel more confident now that I've lost the weight, and now it's time to work on other parts of the picture.

Congratulations on keeping your weight off for the past month, sounds like you're making some good lifestyle choices. Congrats on the weight lifting and the yoga class --I look forward to hearing about how they go! :)
