5th day! Went VERY well! I ate exactly what I planned out, didn't have any sugar cravings or hunger pains. I feel like this diet has been going great so far, but I'm still dreading my weigh in on Tuesday. I don't really know what to expect... I could loose up to 15lbs in two weeks, according to Atkins. Since this is only my first week, that'd put me at about 6-8lbs...in a perfect world. I don't think I've lost that much, but we will see! The only thing I've really noticed is my face seems a bit thinner. Everything else is to early to say. Three more days til weigh in! Breath, relax, eat healthy... I got this!
