Well my first day of WW went great. I've managed to use my points and not cheat. After dinner I took a long walk for about an hour by the beach, which makes me feel even better. I'm looking forward to having many great days like these, and I'm excited about going to the meeting next week. I know I should be doing more cardio than just walking, so I'm ready to order Power90 off of Beachbody.com
