Going out to eat with friends is NOT a good idea for me. I still don't have enough self control to order something sensible, instead I ordered what I wanted and of course it definetly wasn't the best choice! Not to mention because I've been eating lighter, better for me foods eating the junk has now made me feel less than stellar. I guess that's a good sign in disguise.
