turned down a sushi dinner tonight. never thought that day would come. only did so because i am .6 lbs away from the goal i set for my california vacation. when i first started this, i set a goal of 150 or less for vacation on august 26th. i don't want to do anything that is going to derail me when i am so close! so a smart ones meal i ate, and tasty it was. i know i made the right decision! tomorrow is my official two week weigh in, and a week from today is my trip! i am hoping to not only pass my goal, but possibly get off even a little bit more =) yay for goals! it really helps! i do plan on treating myself an itty bitty bit when i get back, unless i go crazy on food while i am there.
