fallen back to bad habits the past week... weight not up by much but can feel that my portions have been too big lately and I'm not making it to the gym 😥 need to refocus🙃
188.7 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

When you don’t make it to the gym, try working out at home. Youtube has tons of videos for working out at home, I workout at home with Sydney Cummings YouTube channel. Give her a try. You can do this this 🙌🏾👍🏾
