I have stopped taking monocycline and have went back to the 5 mg tablets of ritalin. This will hopefully help the skin issue I'm having on the back of my hands. Hunger was worse yesterday and I suspect this is because I only took 5 mg of ritalin. I ate around 2800 Cal. Of course, I wake up looking softer when I really shouldn't. It's most likely just water retention. 325 was a little too heavy and form was jank for deadlifts. Since I have accepted that I have a hunger problem, It seems easier to deal with. Hopefully blood tests will shed some light on the issue.
