Went to doctors for rountine check up. My weight has decreased slightly but still trying to increase the uptake of good foods and decrease the high fat foods Im drawn too. I keep saying that Im going to stick to healthier foods but I slip back into old habits and quick fixes for food instead of better options. In the next couple of weeks I am definetely knuckling down and cooking fresh to reduce my cholostral score and BMI at least!
