Just finding all the features here. I have entered exactly what I ate today (pre-diet) so that is going to be interesting to see what it is that I'm actually shoving into my mouth. I eat so often on the go and fast because of my weird schedule. I would probably tell you that I'm a healthy eater, but something is obviously off, because I've got about 70 pounds to lose. I eat too much. Period.
I'm going with the calorie counts this time. I think it will be the easiest, and I've tried almost every damn diet out there, and they all have their theory, their focus, and so far, I'm afraid to eat protein, to NOT eat protein, to reduce all carbs, to add more good carbs in, yada yada yada....So I'm reducing it down to the basics - I HAVE TO EXPEND MORE ENERGY THAN I TAKE IN. Period.
