A lot of hard work yesterday and all I had was home made soup. Just have to accept that 100 grams is all I'm getting. Fingers crossed, today will be better.
164.7 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
