I weighted in today and I am so disapointed in my self I am gettign abck on track now. so I am drinking water and had 2 pc. toast w/p.b on it. and I am at work I took the stairs up here and I just could not believe I am this weigh again. I almost have 100 pounds to loose again to get to my goal. But i guess I have to start some where.
