well..didnt do great, but hey, today's a new day. Only ate about 2/3 of my dinner and didnt bring home leftovers. But ate the baby back ribs, baked spud and two yeast rolls. But that's almost all I ate that day. Omg..I just did all the calories for what I ate and it came out to like 3700 give or take. Geez louise...I could've eaten a dang cow...well, just goes to show me..how a "little cheating" goes a longgggggggggggggggg way!!

It's ok. Don't beat yourself up too much and make sure to hop right back on the bandwaggon. You could have always done worse, right? An entire box of donuts or something. I think you're ok with the meal overall. :-)

That's where keeping a food diary enlightens us! I ate 7 small figs off my MIL's fig tree yesterday and came back and was shocked that it was over 200 calories just for those 7 little figs!
