I went to the gym last night. Walked 1/2 a mile on the treadmill and did 2 miles on the bike. Burnt about 100 calories in total. When I weighed in this morning I was at 287.6 lbs. I know I will have to break my diet a little this weekend because of EID and I have to go to someone's house so I cannot not eat what the lady cooked. I will only eat very little and eat regularly during the rest of the day. I hope it doesn't through me off track. I really want to keep this going. I have been doing incredibly.
