Going pretty good.
I travel a lot, so getting into the grove was a challenge. I learned that on IP, you have to eat 3 portions of IP a day... I should not skip... the key is intake of protein.
so I picked up some food bars, and that right now has helped when I am on a plane or rushing in the airport.
for normal meals I am sticking with plain salads, no dressing, just a squeeze of lemon and grilled meats ( beef, chicken, or fish)
that usually does it for me.
been on this for 5 weeks, liking the results.
