Well it is only just after lunch and I have gone about 30 carbs over! I will really have to watch myself at dinner! I have opted for lower carbs items just to many today! Well I will keep dinner to minium carbs with chile relleno's. I still want to lose 3 more lbs before I head out on my trip to LA on the 26th. I will really have to watch myself and add some exercise.
