aaahhhh..... i just updated my mini-goals and i am FEELING GOOD!!! ;) i'm almost through with the first week of phase one on SouthBeach and it is going splendidly. i love coming up with new creative ways to cook phase one dinners that my family can enjoy (although i give them some carbs with theirs... otherwise they might revolt.. hahaha) i hope this finds all of you doing well and feeling great.
