serious craving for carbs right now. I want banana bread. I'm doing my best to fight it, but I know that I want comfort food because I just returned from a scary doctor's appointment and have to wait 10 days for results. I'm anxious and stressed.

You sound like you need to distract yourself. Try going for a walk - or cleaning something - other than the kitchen of course!

good advice... not the kitchen lol. Well, I went and got a smoothie, about 230 calories and it tastes sweet. It made the cravings go away and comforted me. It was also filling, so I made that my lunch instead of the salad I had planned, but I'm gonna have the salad for dinner, so no extra calories. I'm much better now. Looking forward to zumba tonight.
