My 3 goals:

1 - Make healthy eating a priority
2 - Make exercise a regular routine
3 - Be healthy overall

What brought me here:

I continue to gain weight and I can't afford the gym right now. Time always seems short and I make excuses as to why I can't find the time to work out. I am doing this because I need to change my mentality and watch and encourage others along the way.

Awesome goals that you can achieve without the gym. Gyms are full of viruses anyway, LOL
