I had a kinda rough weekend eating wise. We went out (Fri and Sat), but I did try to get the healthiest thing on the menu. Plus we were low on groceries so I ate hot dogs....not healthy or ideal. Finally went shopping, back to Friday weight and ready to get started on another good week. Hope to loose a solid 2-3 lbs this week.
