I was so happy this morning because I weighed in at 208.5 (had to round it off, though)! I haven't been eating too badly, and I've been working out almost everyday, so if I didn't show progress in weight loss, I would have been sorely disappointed.

I think I've lost 6.3% of my body weight since Biggest Loser started. Yes! Hopefully no one catches up LOL

I've started working out with Angel again. I do FITT on Mondays and Wednesdays, then personal training group on Saturdays. In-between, I've been doing my own workout at Gold's Gym or just an exercise dvd at home. I've got a loooong way to go, as saying "I'm weak" would be an understatement. I can barely do full planks, squats, or even running. It's not a mystery why I've sunk so low when you consider that while Angel went on maternity leave, I did too LOL And I get SO FRUSTRATED with myself. Angel tells me to be patient, that I'll work up to gaining strength again... but when? I want it NOW.

Oh, but slowly, so slowly is the old me coming back. Yesterday I was on the treadmill for fifty minutes and jogged half a mile ONLY out of the three miles I did. That's ridiculous. I used to do a mile and watch tv the whole time, but yesterday I kept my eye on that clock, as if to ask aloud, "IS IT OVER YET???"

Well, three pounds is three pounds. That's a lot to lose, so I'm not complaining too much. :)
