My body seems to lose weight from the bottom up, some kind of anti gravity thing.

The first place I noticed was my legs - and my thighs especially, then my lower stomach. My pants were the first item of clothing to fit differently.

Until today.

Somehow, in the last few days I'm now fitting back into shirts I haven't worn in months. I went to try one of my old standby tops on from 17 lbs ago and it's huge. Huge. I guess it has to be abs/middle flab because I haven't noticed any difference in my bra yet. I spent probably twenty extra minutes getting ready tonight because I didn't know what actually fits. Btw, I ended up wearing a shirt I bought a few months ago online and never wore because it didn't fit and that was the largest size (and I didn't want to return it.)

Didn't actually get to exercise today, crazy busy as I was volunteering at orientation this morning/afternoon and then drove a pretty good distance to a friend's new house for a party. I'm just randomly guessing again for food diary - I nibbled a lot of things (Ie, had like one chip or whatever) but tried to stick to veggies/fruit. I was drinking though so I don't fully remember everything that was there. Breakfast was horrible but it was what we had at orientation (and unfortunately the best option) and I didn't have time to eat anything before I went.

Going to try to get out on my bike tomorrow but right now I desperately need to sleep.
