Just did a little exercising on the Wii fit. I'm down 10 pounds in 10 days and broke out of the 220's. Yeah! I feel really good about myself and have felt like I'm being deprived of anything. There was even a piece of cheesecake in the refrigerator for three days and I was never tempted to take even a bite!
I'm really contemplating starting C25k. I've wanted to do it for a long time now but have a fear of not being able to do it. I feel too fat to be running. So this is something I'm thinking on. For now I'm using the Wii Fit, EA Active, and Zumba.
