dear Friends,
So today is what happens when you fall off the wagon. but today is also a milestone in that, while I gave in to my weakness for poor eating habits and love of wine, I recorded EVERYTHING that I ate. and I synced. So this is what the days when I don't keep my food diary up look like. ai - yi - yiah! i also didn't do my work out, because I drank. sigh... back on the wagon again for tomorrow. although it will be difficult because tomorrow I am throwing my sister's "Congratulations on your promotion" dinner party, complete with shrimp pasta and pomegranate martinis.
remind me, friends, that I am doing this for my health, my self esteem and my vanity. Remind me that if I could just focus, I could be smoking hot for my upcoming life events (2 weddings, 1 college reunion and my own wedding in april! (i am 30 pounds too big for the dress that I bought a year ago!))
Remind me that if I could just stick to my plans, if i could control this one simple thing, then I could take over the world.
