Just heard on the radio that people who journal their food, daily, lose TWICE as much weight as people who don't. I suppose I'll try getting myself into the habit of using thedailyplate.com again. =) I know I can lose the weight so might as well get back on track!

Hey girl.... yes! I heard it too, but even just journaling here daily, I think keeps up "mindful" of what we are "doing" and why. :) It's true,... I lose (for the most part) better when I'm really writing it all down. Have a great day! I'll be meeting with the office today for lunch, so a bit apprehensive. ;)
