Good afternoon! With the help of a dear friend of mine, I started working out about 5 weeks now. My first attempt, I was out for two weeks. I think I hurt myself by going too fast too soon. After recupperating for 2 weeks, I came back with more resolve! I have been going steady and my balance is better and I am stronger. When you have someone who believes in you and pushes you...you will try harder to show them that their time is precious and you are working to show them it is not a waste of time and they are appreciated! I am very happy I am on the way!
