I have to get back to journaling my food entries. I have been okay as far as controlling my blood sugar goes. My last A1C was 5.2 and that was taken Jan 30th. So I did well over the holidays. Easter will pose a challenge but I did buy myself some sugar free chocolates so the kids baskets won't tempt me.
