ok, so I'm STILL in honeymoon phase with the new boyfriend..., (he's so awesome, very sweet.., night and day difference from my ex) but am trying to get everything back on track and he's being extremely supportive. and since I've not really been doing the keto for the past few weeks but I really enjoyed it and am going back to it, I have a question for everyone who is also living Keto. My question is this..., what is everyone's preferred name brand for Keto coffee?., in the past, I've been drinking Rapidfire Ketogenic Coffee but was wondering everyone's opinions and or suggestions as to which one seems to be the best, or is it more a matter of personal preferences? I buy the RapidFire Ketogenic Coffee to keep at the office for "emergencies." I prefer making bullet-proof coffee from scratch. This morning I went all out and bought a Nutri-Ninja for my office...so, now I can make bullet-proof coffee at the office. I'm just getting started back from a weight-loss backslide vacation disaster. This week I'm just concentrating on eliminating alcohol, soda-pop, sugar, flour, and various undesirable, processed foods. Not counting calories or really measuring stuff...just eliminating my main weight-loss monsters. I'm drinking the bullet-proof coffee, for now, to help me through the first week sluggishness (keto-flu, I think it's called.) Good luck to you.

I use heavy whipping cream (organic because it doesn't have carrageenan)
