Day two of this website. I did well yesterday. I kept my calorie intake far below my RDI and I actually managed to get some exercise in. I hope the rest of the journey will feel this rewarding. The air seems fresher today, more crisp and clean. Perhaps it's just my new-found optimism. I hope I can do it this time. I've tried a few times before, you see. To lose all of this weight. I usually quit about two weeks in. But I never had a day that I ate as healthily as I did yesterday. Maybe this good start will keep me going longer.

I'm in my second week here and still feeling pretty great, so hopefully you will to :) I thought it was kinda strange to feel so positive when I started last week, so it's nice to know I'm not alone in that phenomenon! I'm so happy I found this site...it's so motivating for me to be able to see my diet and exercise before my eyes. Good luck to you!
