Haven't been keeping track of my carb intake the last couple of weeks since i started, however i have been doing pretty good at staying motivated and not giving into my carb cravings. Started exercising and signed up for my first ever half marathon. I'm extremely nervous that I won't be ready in time, but I'm motivated to push through it.
First goal is to lose 20 lbs by marathon time 4/28. I know i can do it if i just get more strict with my diet and exercise. So here goes!
