Today has been my best day in the 15 days since I started getting back on track. This is my lowest on RDI - over 150 Calories below what I am allowed to have! I also got in all my Water today, and got in all my Fiber. I had excellent choices for my three meals, and I made good choices on two of my three snacks. I "only" had ONE Tapioca Pudding today (even though there is another one in the fridge)! I lost 2.5 pounds in last week's Daily Accountability Challenge and 1.5 pounds in the one that ended today. I'm very encouraged about my good start to the week! I better hurry up and go to bed before I yield to that last tapioca serving! Feeling strong!
