I am very happy to find this website, I think it is great!
I am 26 and trying to follow the Atkins WOE.. I love most of the foods but it's the tempation of all the goodies I see around that hinders me!

A little bit about me. I have 3 sons (8,5,3) and a wonderful husband. I have lost 70lbs on my own since the birth of my youngest son.

I have just signed up for a personal training course that starts in September, I would like to lose another 10lbs by then!
