So after seeing someone on the Atkins forum say that she recorded her weight everyday to see how much it fluculates that made me feel better. I can't seem to get under 192. I really want to be 189 then it will feel like I am doing this correctly. Somehow I am forgetting I have lost 18lbs so far aside from the fluctuations She said she lost 49lbs in 3 months and I doubt that thats gonna happen with me but she said it took her another year to lose the rest of the 50lbs she needed to lose. She looks fantastic so she is sorta my inspiration right now. I plan on adding exercise soon. Probably in my stubbornness I am going to wait until I get below 190.
