I am now 20 lbs less than when I started! That makes me so happy! I am amazed at how much better I feel. Best of all my cholesterol has dropped by 100 points! Amazing, huh? I have 30 more to go, but I know that I can do it! Have been walking alot, and I'm going to the gym. Life is good!
