I tried Shirataki Noodles for the first time and so far I like them! I made a little chicken/broccoli/noodle stir fry. For something SUPER low carb, its quite satisfying! I split my stir fry in two so I could have some later. This whole splitting up my meals into frequent small meals is making me want my dinner around 4:30 or 5pm rather than 6:30 which is what we usually do. I think my husband is going to be getting tired of having to make his own dinner most nights.

I looked at trying those noodles once, but they looked so gross in the package. And with all the patting them dry, I was too lazy to try them. Maybe I will try again sometime. Thanks for the review.

They were not bad at all. I think next time I'll cook them a little longer, but they had a decent texture. I just made sure to follow the directions on the package and I rinsed them off really well. It said to "dry thoroughly" so I used a bunch of paper towels to dry them, I tried to squeeze water out too. I eventually just layed them out on a paper towel for a little while, but then I got hungry and cooked them! :) If I didn't prepare them, I don't think I'd know they weren't real noodles. I certainly wouldn't know they were made of tofu!
