I will record one entry each week.

Week 1

Monday: rest + 1 hour walk
Tuesday: 2300 m row @ 2.20 and 50 squats body weight.
Wednesday: buffalo cardio + 45 min walk + 30 squat body weight + 1 pullup
Thursday: 1 hour walk + 4x10 squat @ 36 + 1 hour yoga + 2 pullups
Friday: 30 min walk + 2500m row + 4x10 squat @36 + 3 pullups
Saturday: rest + walk
Sunday: rest + walk

Weekend rest was not planned, but both days I came back from the Hot Stone class late and really my muscles were not up to exercise. Back at it on Week 2!

buffalo cardio? I've heard of buffalo martial arts but not cardio. Please tell me what it is.

I am IMPRESSED...chasing buffalo is way over my level of exertion! Hope you are able to get them all rounded up without incident. Hugs, Anne...have a great rest of your week!

jparlett, buffalo cardio is my job! Today I had to wean buffalo calves from their mother, it's usually a lot of running, jumping, chasing etc... So I call it buffalo cardio!

Wow. I've done the same thing with cattle, but buffalo is definitely a step up in competition.
