Weight was up a little this am. It gave me incentive to get out and ride today. I'm so bummed though because I lost part of my heart rate monitor. I had it strapped to my handlebars so tht I wouldn't get a tan line on my wrist and I guess it fell off. The price of vanity. I backtracked to see if I could find it and I couldn't. I'm pretty bummed. I'll check e-bay and see if I can find a deal.
