"Be strong in the face of temptation".
The above words just saved me. I was running late this morning and would rely on my (at work) stash of instant oatmeal for breakfast. But when I recorded my weight I discovered that my new (30 carb) challenge had already started. Yikes!
OK - I begin to rationalize. I have an "emergency situation". But then there was this mini challenge - Be strong in the face of temptation.
Now I think I'm beginning to see the light. I packed up the oatmeal and threw it into the back of the cupboard. I will be strong.
