I am not one for journaling, but hey, I will try anything at this point. So, here we are at Day 1 for the 5th time this year. Based on my scale readings yesterday, this ought to be my last Day 1 for at least 6 months. After gaining 5 lbs from trying to lose weight (omg, how the heck does THAT happen?!), I need to re-evaluate my situation. It may include journals for those that don't read them.
But this is for me, not you. So there.

Diet Calendar Entries for 19 March 2013:
