The problem with treats is they are at the top of a slippery slope. Opened the box of chocolates. too much fat,too much fat, too much fat.Plane seat.Plane seat,Plane seat.Arms digging into my hips.Must reduce fat. Posh hotel must fit dress. Must get fitter to play with grandchildren. Couldn't catch the 2 year old had to send the 7 year old. REDUCE FAT.
