So I've re-dedicated myself to being strict with my diet until I feel like I can get back into a groove where things are so pre planned and rigid. Sometimes I get too lack with myself and I'm only hurting myself and frankly I'm sick of being what holds me back!! I've made an inspiration board so hopefully when I lose momentum or anything I have something that should steer me back *fingers crossed*.
