Love see the scale move. I'm simply doing all the things I know I should do. Have the support of my husband who also gave up bacon, sausage, mayonnaise and butter as breakfast staples in favor of low-fat protein smoothies!!! (Certainly a host of other changes too... but we both feel and look better).
