Dunno how I have managed to lose so much but i am sure it is down to 2 main things the 5 + 2 diet and portion control
I am currently using the BBC good food healthy eating recipes which are both delicious and low calorie
222.7 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
