I started my new job last night! I like working the 3rd shift, because I can walk around the hallways for exercise without anyone looking at me like I'm crazy!! I hopefully will get myself back on a weight loss program, as although my clothes are still feeling loose, I think I am gaining, or have gained. Oh well... I will get there soon. Now off the watch Food network while I sleep, since I work 12 hours tomorrow.. and have to be there at 8am! (its almost midnight) Goodnight all!!

Leah, I haven't logged in for a while but can't sleep tonight (I am going to be zonked at work tomorrow. It sounds like things are turning around for you. I am so glad. Not sure if you got anyone for a one on one challenge. Exercise is something I have been avoiding but I know tha tI need to do it. What did you have in mind in the way of a challenge. Both my parents had Alzheimer's so I really admire what you are doing.

I work night shift too. I am an RN for Poison control, so I sit on my butt all night long. I can't leave the office to walk the halls at night though- Sigh!!! My mom had Alzheimer's, you have a difficult job.
