This weekend is monthly measurement time. I was going to skip it as my weight is up 4.6 from last month's measurements, had a lot of sodium last night, and TOM is getting ready to start. After I went through all the excuses I got out my tape measure. . . no change. At first I was like what? With all the exercise, then I thought Wow, all the exercise made there be no change with a gain in pounds and being bloated! Sweet, So I did Amy Dixon Cardio Kickbox and Yoga video :) Exercise makes me feel strong and happy! This week I am going to work on better eating with my exercise. Happy St. Patty's Day!!
