Yesterday I started the C25K (Couch 2 5K)running program. I'm happy to say I completed day 1 with the help of a podcast I downloaded. http://runningintoshape.com/5k-training-downloads/
It felt so good to accomplish it. I'm not going to lie and say it was easy peasy, but it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be! I was dragging ass at the end though! lol And my legs were a little wobbly for the remainder of the evening! Surprisingly I'm not sore at all today! I feel great!
