Rocking the pescatarian diet!* cutting out meat really challenged me to be creative with multiple ingredient and not relying on meat to provide flavor to my meals. Actually very surprized how easy its been to stick with it!

You dont have to cut it out completely to feel the difference, try reducing the number of meals per day with meat, or have a meat free day in a week*

It varies from day to day..
for breakfast: sometimes peanutbutter on toast or in oats or I'll make eggs🍳
Snacks: nuts or yogurt or hummus 🐄
For lunch is usully leftovers from the night before🌿
Supper includes lentils, chickpeas or beans
And then I add loads of vegetables to everything!🥦🍆🍓
Being pescatarian also made me cut back on starch without even trying as the veggies and legumes are very filling

cutting out meat will be the number one cause for easy weight loss. I lost 5kg in 3 months eating fully and liberally on veg diet.
Now I eat fish and I continue to thrive
