Not too bad of a weight this am considering where I am in my cycle. My feet feel swollen however. I think it is from my craftroom chair. I need a box to put my feet on. I exercised 4 out of 5 mornings this week, that's good. I got up to run on Wednesday and it was raining so I went back to bed.
