I am excited!!! I lost 4 lbs this week which beats my practical goal of 3 but not quite my wish of 5 lbs. But I am happy and proud. Another couple days I will be out of the 270's. My favorite elliptical at the gym was taken today so I did the Cybex for my hour of cardio...I actually burned a few more calories on it. I hope next week I will be in the mid 260's!!!!!
